Returns & Refunds (Standard Items)

  • Potions: We cannot accept returns on opened sprays or sanitizers due to health/safety. If an unopened product needs to be returned, please send a timestamped photo of the product in question along with the order number on your receipt within 30 days. A replacement will be issued as quickly as possible with an accompanying email sent to the email on file to inform when the return was shipped out.Β 

  • Damaged Loot: If an item arrives damaged/leaking, you must email a timestamped photo dated within 2 weeks of delivery within 30 days of delivery.

    • Option A: With a timestamped photo, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

    • Option B: Without a timestamped photo, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).

The Alchemist’s Special Request (Custom Modifications)

  • Allergy Accommodations: We can modify existing products (e.g., omitting Aloe Vera, adjusting alcohol).

  • Variable Pricing: Custom orders require specialized alchemical work; prices will differ from standard inventory based on materials and labor.

  • The "No-Recall" Policy: Absolutely no refunds will be given for custom orders. * Damaged Custom Loot: For damaged custom items, a replacement is the only remedy (requires a timestamped photo via email within 48 hours).

Limitation of Liability

Nerd Shack is not liable for "Critical Fails"β€”including allergic reactions, data loss, or hardware failureβ€”beyond the replacement/refund cost of the product.
